Mediterranean City

Located in the south of Catalonia, this beautiful mediterranean city has one of the sets most important roman archaeological and best preserved in Spain in the year 2000 it was declared Heritage of the Humanity.

In this visit we will discover as was the roman Tarragona, with aqueduct, walls, forum, circus, an amphitheatre... in addition to its medieval buildings and the current city.

Tarragona, the city of the eternal spring, according to the romans, for its excellent climate, it is located along the Mediterranean Sea, about 100 km away from Barcelona.

Founded in the second century before Christ, the Imperial Tarraco was the capital of Hispania Citerior one of the largest provinces of the Roman Empire and still today, through its vestiges can decrypt and imagine its glorious past.
