Figueres is a village located in the north of Catalonia and very close to the French border. Due to its strategic location was always an important commercial center and communications, is currently famous for being the home town of Salvador Dali and where is his best museum.

It was in the 60's when Dalí decided to build his own museum on the ruins of the old theatre of Figueres. The Museum is a unique set, conceived and designed by the artist who provides the great experience of delving into his world, captivating and unique.

We will begin our visit to the Theatre Museum Salvador Dalí admiring its original facade and the sculptures of the artist that are around the building to continue in the interior, where we will see the distribution of the museum and the large geodesic dome that crowns the building. We will also see different works during our tour. In the Courtyard, “The rainy taxi”, in the scenario “the maze” and the fantastic works of the Treasure room, the sala Mae-West, or the Palace of the wind, in addition to many other works by the artist.

The tour is complete with a small walk in Figueres.
