A tour or private tour, is a tour where you will have a Guide exclusively for you, and the people who will accompany them (family, friends, colleagues...). We recommend you to visit Barcelona for the morning start between 9.30 or 10.00 and by the afternoon, between 14.30 or 15.00.
In the case of excursions outside of the city, will depend on the distance and the route chosen.
If once you set the starting time of the tour, you need to change it, it is very important that you inform us as soon as possible. The schedule changes are sometimes hard, especially if we have tickets to monuments with hours of access set.
Punctuality is important, if you have any problems that will delay or prevent you from doing the tour, please contact us and let us try to fix it. If the customer does not inform and is not at the meeting point at the time, the guide will wait 30 minutes, from then on, it considers that the waiver of the tour, without the right to exchange or return the total amount of the visit.

Our basic service includes:
Guide service enabled by the Generalitat of Catalonia, in the requested language. Guide service does not include transportation. In our country, for the safety of the client, there is the figure of the guide-driver.

Transport: Some of our tours require transportation to be able to carry them out. If you do not have transportation, the journeys we do on public transport, if it exists, combination, or with private transportation with a professional driver.
In case you need a private transfer, we can offer some of the companies that trust that is tailored to their needs.
Meals: If you wish, we can include in our tours, lunch, dinner, or any other type of consumption or drink. In the event you prefer to have the free meals, our guide will be able to guide you on the restaurants in the area.
Activities: Any other service not included in the previous points.

Once accepted to the budget and to ensure your visit, you must make an initial payment of 10% of the total. In case you have entries in monuments should also pay with your down payment, because you will need to buy and pay in advance.
Payment in full must be made at least 14 days before the date of the service.
Payment can be made by transfer to a bank account that we will provide you, or by Paypal.
If for any reason you have to cancel the booking, I would have to assume the following cancellation fees.
If the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the first service, the costs, are covered with the initial payment of 10% of the total.
If the cancellation occurs within 14 days, and 4 days prior to the first service, the cancellation charges will be 25% and we will refund 75%.
If the cancellation is made between 4 days and 48 hours before the first service, the cancellation charges will be 50% of the total and we will refund you 50%.
If the cancellation occurs in the last 48 hours of the service, or the customer does not arrive at the place and time of the visit, the cancellation charges will be 100%.
The expenses by purchasing tickets, will be non-refundable in any case. Because once purchased will not be accepted or refund or change of date.
